Clinical Director at The Stables Autism Care and Support
As the Clinical Director at The Stables Autism Care and Support, Nicole oversees our clinical programming for residents, in addition to leading group therapy and individual therapy sessions. She has worked in residential and outpatient levels of care serving those struggling with severe and persistent mental health conditions since 2012 and brings a warm and empathic approach to clinical practice. Nicole has a special passion for working with those on the Autism Spectrum and has received TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication related to Handicapped Children) training and advanced Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) training. Nicole received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. She holds a license in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP). Nicole has spent most of her life in the Maryville, TN area and enjoys the peacefulness of living and working near the Great Smoky Mountains.
